Club Rules

  1. We expect you to arrive on time and ready to train.
  2. Brush and put away your bar and plates when finished.
  3. Clean up any leftover tape, chalk, or trash from your platform.
  4. Know how to bail safely from lifts, especially when using blocks.
  5. Weightlifting bars should not be used in racks or dropped without bumpers.
  6. Avoid loading the bar with too many green (10kg) or change (0.5-5kg) plates.

Etiquette

  1. Avoid standing in front of others while they lift.
  2. Be mindful of lifters during their max attempts.
  3. Minimize cell phone and social media use.
