Club Rules
- We expect you to arrive on time and ready to train.
- Brush and put away your bar and plates when finished.
- Clean up any leftover tape, chalk, or trash from your platform.
- Know how to bail safely from lifts, especially when using blocks.
- Weightlifting bars should not be used in racks or dropped without bumpers.
- Avoid loading the bar with too many green (10kg) or change (0.5-5kg) plates.
Etiquette
- Avoid standing in front of others while they lift.
- Be mindful of lifters during their max attempts.
- Minimize cell phone and social media use.
